Delve into the critical topic of mental health within the corrections environment. Learn about recognizing sings, providing support, and implementing practices to promote the well-being of both staff and inmates. 2 HRS Career Development / ElectiveGenerational Differences in Training: 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Explore the unique characteristics, values, and learning styles of different generations within the correctios workforce. Gain insights into effective training strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of your team. 2 HRS Career Development / Elective
