Vendor Registration

 

You are cordially invited to the 27th Annual Western Region Jail Association’s Training Conference and Vendor’s Fair!  The registration fee to reserve an exhibition booth is $500, which includes the cost of pipe and drape, one 110 volt electrical outlet per exhibit,  and a banner displaying your company name. The exhibit booth comes with one skirted six-foot table, two chairs, a wastebasket,. If you need more display space, or have a floor model type display, you will need to purchase two booths. Your booth fee also includes membership in the WRJA for one year, entrance to any training sessions, conference provided breakfasts and lunches, and participation in Casino Night, Pig Pickin’, and entertainment. You will be responsible for coordinating with the hotel and paying for any additional electrical services or equipment. Vendors will be assured the same discounted room rates as conference attendees.

The conference will be held October 13 & 14, 2021 at the Holiday Inn Airport in Roanoke, VA., located just off Interstate 81 near the Roanoke Regional airport and Valley view Mall. Reservations should be made directly with the hotel by calling 540.362.4500. Mention “WRJA” to receive the discounted rate. Register early to be assured of accommodations in the conference hotel.
